About the Role:

The 3rd Shift- Weekend Shift, Friday-Sunday 6:30am- 6:30pm, Metal Finisher plays a critical role in ensuring that metal components meet precise quality and aesthetic standards before they proceed to the next stage of production or shipment. This position involves working during the weekned shift to apply various finishing techniques such as grinding, polishing, buffing, and deburring to metal parts. The Metal Finisher must carefully inspect each piece to identify imperfections and apply corrective measures to achieve a smooth, defect-free surface. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain product integrity and workplace safety. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall manufacturing process by enhancing the durability and appearance of metal products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in metal finishing, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
  • Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule reliably.
  • Basic understanding of metal properties and finishing techniques.
  • Capability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or training in metal finishing or surface treatment processes.
