Aesthetic Sales Clinic Director
We are a growing aesthetic services company with locations across the country where we believe everyone should be able to feel beautiful and confident. We are looking for a new member to add to our team!   • Previous sales experience preferrably in the Aesthetic industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

This position is for our Indianapolis clinic, located at 3425 E 86th St, Indianapolis, IN 46240
Base salary starts at $65,000 depending on experience. Monthly (uncapped) Bonus for this position is expected to be at least $5-8,000 additional per month!!
In this position you will be in charge of the day-to-day supervision and results of the clinic which includes:
  • Performing consultations to describe our services, treatments, and skin care line professionally and with an expert knowledge base
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential patients; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
  • Create client retention by upselling additional products and services
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating the current aesthetic treatment process
  • Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional clinic
  • Motivate & Develop your team of clinicians
  • Providing an Exceptional Client Service experience

To qualify for this opportunity, you need the following:
  • Two or more years of sales experience in the Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa Industries.
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.
  • Two or more years managing a successful sales team
  • Weekend Availability is a must (locations are open from 10-3pm Saturdays and closed Sundays)
