About Us:

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Maintain, operate, and prepare assigned equipment for safe use
  • Complete and track Repair Orders, Work Orders, and Fleet Inspections
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Rebuild and service vehicle systems and sub-assemblies as needed
  • Perform preventative maintenance and special service tasks
  • Use testing equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Adjust and test units after repair to ensure proper operation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diesel mechanic experience (required)
  • Must have own tools and a willingness to grow and maintain a complete toolset
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools, systems, and computer-based logging
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 6-day work weeks
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • CDL a plus, but not required
