Location:Mesa, AZ
Bachelor with 10+ years IT exp
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Shift Timings: 5 AM - 3:30 PM
Work Schedule: 4x10 (Mon-Thurs)
Work overtime and some weekends if needed

Job Description
Perform assembly and manufacturing operations for complex mechanical systems in a team-oriented production environment. Follow detailed operating procedures, work instructions, and engineering documentation to ensure quality and production requirements are met. Support assembly activities, data collection, and continuous manufacturing operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble subassemblies and top-level mechanical systems.
  • Follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
  • Record production and quality data as required.
  • Support manufacturing operations in both team and individual work environments.
  • Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain coverage under the Safe Explosives Act as an employee possessor/responsible person.
  • Ability to work a 4/10 schedule (Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM), including overtime and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical assembly background.
  • Experience reading engineering prints and drawings.
  • Experience with Costpoint, MES, or similar manufacturing systems.

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
