Job description

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operations of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and internal quality systems. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and willing to work in a sterile environment with strict documentation practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment (e.g., vial filling, sterilization, mixing, labeling) as per SOPs.

  • Assist in the formulation, filling, and inspection of injectable drug products.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with GMP and OSHA requirements.

  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and manufacturing rooms.

  • Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other production documentation.

  • Participate in line clearance and changeover activities.

  • Communicate promptly any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns.

  • Support process improvements and follow instructions from the Production Supervisor.

  • Work in coordination with the Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.


Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.

  • 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing (injectables preferred).

  • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and sterile manufacturing procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and safety compliance.

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE as required.

  • Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if needed.
