Now Hiring: Manufacturing Process Specialist
Sonoma County, CA
Competitive Pay (DOE)
Full-Time | Day Shift
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist to support production and engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. This role focuses on process execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to provide daily production support
  • Execute and maintain manufacturing processes developed by Engineering
  • Provide feedback to improve workflows, efficiency, and product quality
  • Lead communication and provide updates on daily production activities
  • Participate in new product, transfer, and ongoing production meetings
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing and process issues
Qualifications
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience working with engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to support production processes from development through execution
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with test and measurement equipment (operation and troubleshooting)
  • Understanding of analog and digital circuits
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle and manufacturing processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical training or certification (Electronics or related field) preferred
