This position is responsible for supervising and driving continuous improvement for the manufacturing crew within the value stream and deliver business results. Assigned manufacturing crew is medium in size and/or complexity. This position also ensures the value stream is operated in accordance with Andersen Corporation’s values, employee covenant, and strategic direction.## **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Develop and lead A3 Plan / A3 projects for manufacturing crew, utilizing current and future state value stream maps* Deliver business metric results (SQDCP), utilizing tiered management system* Provide direct leadership to value stream team leads, production employees and potentially other supervisors* Provide indirect leadership to other support functions and other supervisors (matrix organization)* Provide coaching, feedback and development to manufacturing crew, Team Leads, and Supervisors, promoting career growth opportunities.* Ensure the desired product quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, training in operation and inspection techniques, and use of tools/data.* Promote going to gemba to solve problems, promoting hands-on approach to problem solving* Establish an environment conducive to high levels of inclusion, morale, associate satisfaction, and performance* Expected to make large decisions for multiple manufacturing crews (entire value stream) and potentially an entire shift of multiple value streams## **QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or combination of equivalent education and leadership experience.* 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience* Business acumen and knowledge* Communication Skills* Leadership Skills* Manufacturing knowledge**PAY RANGE:**$78,824.00 - $122,176.00**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
