Shifts: Every Other Weekend - 12 Hour Shifts

John Scott House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor on Saturdays and Sundays. John Scott House is a beautiful facility located in a unique neighborhood setting within Braintree and is accessible by public transportation. Come join our team!

Requirements for Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor:

  • Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care.
  • Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.
  • Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

Job Duties for Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor:

  • Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
  • Supervise nurses and CNAs
  • Manage staffing changes
  • Support family inquiries and screen visitors
  • Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
  • Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
  • Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
