Summary

Join our team at WCS Healthcare Partners in dynamic Labor & Delivery team in Boston, MA, a vibrant city known for its rich history and cultural diversity. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units.
  • Rotate shifts between days, evenings, and nights, with the expectation of working every other weekend.
  • Assist in circulating during procedures and provide care for newborns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the EPIC EMR system.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care.
  • Current Massachusetts RN License.
  • Certifications required: BLS, NRP, and EFM (every 2 years for L&D).
  • Preferred certification: AHA ACLS.
