Job description

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service

• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations

• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment

• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy

• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas

• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully

Operational Standards

• Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures

• Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency

• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English

• Capable of counting money and making change

• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
