About the Role

As a Nurse Manger, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on our day shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your duties will include:

  • Overseeing floor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Overseeing the complete records of CNA care and CNA documentation

  • Assisting with the inputting of resident admissions

  • Demonstrating leadership capabilities and ensuring a positive and respectful work environment
