Shift Lead/Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the manager on duty to verify store is following Food Safety Programs
  • Balancing high volume with high quality
  • Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served
  • Comply with Burger King's portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
  • Ensure employees are using checklists and following Burger King's specs
  • Ensure the proper ordering and receiving of food products
  • Work with the GM on inventory and daily paper work
  • Work with the GM on Profit & Loss Statements
  • Properly maintain equipment per manufacturer’s and company specification
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Requirements include:
