General Manager

Own the performance and success of your restaurant by leading a team and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations and team performance
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training
  • Drive sales and monitor key performance metrics
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food handling standards, and brand standards
  • Lead and coach management and team members 
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior management experience required, preferably in food service
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
