Provided L2/L3 production support for mission-critical Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) applications running on IBM z/OS and Teradata platforms.

Monitored, managed, and recovered batch jobs using Control-M to ensure successful completion of daily, month-end, and post-month processing within established SLA windows.

Supported enterprise data processing for claims, encounters, pharmacy, member, provider, broker, wellness, and financial data across multiple lines of business.

Developed, modified, and maintained COBOL programs, JCL, DB2 queries, and VSAM file processes to support business and operational requirements.
