Job Description

Are you a systemssavvy problem solver who loves turning business needs into clear, testable requirements? RIVO is excited to add an experienced Business Systems Analyst (LMS) to our team to help us execute highquality releases, reduce production defects, and scale a consistent, auditable delivery process for our proprietary Loan Management platform (LMS).

This is the ideal role for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a fastpaced environment and wants to deepen their technical expertise while collaborating cross-functionally to create a consistent, auditable software delivery process. If you're a selfstarter with solid technical skills and a passion for UAT - we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Map process changes across the loan lifecycle; call out impacts, dependencies, and risks.
  • Coordinate UAT: design scenarios, track execution, and secure signoff.
  • Drive defect management: precise repro steps, severity, business impact, and followthrough.
  • Validate release readiness with checklists, documentation, and crossteam alignment.
  • Support access governance (on/offboarding, RBAC docs) with Ops and Compliance.

What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 months):

  • 90%+ of scoped stories enter UAT with complete acceptance criteria and no major clarification gaps.
  • UAT defects triaged within 1 business day and resolved within agreed SLAs by severity.
  • 100% of releases ship with readiness checklists and updated documentation.
  • On/Offboarding completed on time (2 business days / 24 hours respectively) with partners.
  • Audit evidence for owned controls is complete and reviewready.

How You'll Work:

  • Report to: Product Manager & align deliverables with Engineering and QA/Release and Compliance leaders.
  • Team up with: Engineering/QA (delivery), Operations (execution), and Management (controls/evidence)
  • Own: Requirements quality, UAT coordination, and releasereadiness artifacts-escalate scope/schedule tradeoffs to Product leadership as needed.
Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Handson experience writing requirements/AC and test scenarios/cases.
  • Proven UAT coordination and defect management chops.
  • Working knowledge of RBAC and the useraccess lifecycle.
  • Comfortable in Jira/Azure DevOps (or similar).
  • Selfstarter, ownership mindset-you proactively learn, clarify, document, and move work forward.
  • Clear communicator across technical and nontechnical partners.

What We Look For:

  • 2-4+ years in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Analysis, QA/UAT, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in Lending, servicing, fintech, or regulated financial experience a plus.
  • Basic SQL for validation and  audit/compliance familiarity a plus.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $85,000.00 to $105,000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
