Weekend staff frequently need to be adaptable, handle a broader range of responsibilities, and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure patient care remains consistent. Close collaboration with colleagues and clear communication are essential to maintain high standards of care and to address any urgent patient needs that may arise during these shifts.
