Abbott Construction & Landscaping LLC is a 4-season landscaping and construction company that services the North Shore. We are currently seeking a supervisor to manage a crew of 2-4 people and perform various landscaping activities. Our team consists of highly motivated individuals who value teamwork, and we are looking for a candidate who shares the same qualities.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Organizing and planning daily work for both yourself and your crew.
  • Ensuring that all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are organized for each job.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the project manager and clients.
  • Creating and maintaining a professional and safe work environment for the crew.
  • Implementing proper methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of projects.

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, possesses a positive attitude, and is a team player willing to go the extra mile to ensure client and team satisfaction.

The following skills are required for this position:
  • A minimum of 5 years of landscape experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a foreman.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Possession of a health card and the ability to drive a truck and trailer are mandatory requirements.
