Job description

General Expectations and Competencies

The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant is expected to work 20-40 hours per week. The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant must clock in and out when at work.

The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant's duties include but are not liited to:

The Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant is expected to contribute to the overall guest experience through landscaping and maintenance of the outside and inside guest areas.

.- Adhere to all Hoffman Haus operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos and verbal instructions.

.- Assist Head of Maintenance regarding general landscaping and maintenance needs.

.- Empty trash and collect recycling.

.- Clean and maintain all public locations on the property, including exterior lighting and windows.

.- Assist with cleaning interior windows, lighting and other hard-to-reach places.

.- Maintain all exterior landscaping.

.- Assist with moving furniture and other heavy items.

.- Set up and break down furniture and deliverables for events.

.- Any and all other duties not listed here.

Requirements

.- Groundskeeping and maintenance experience preferred.

.- Ability to walk, stand and work in a fast-paced environment

.- Able to lift up to and over 60 pounds

.- Able to maintain a clean personal appearance at all times.

.- Must be able to work during pea times, including on the weekends and during holidays.
