We are looking for motivated Driver & Floating Labor Team Member(s) to support landscape and hardscape installation projects, assist crews in the field, and help deliver the quality and reliability that have defined our reputation for nearly 30 years. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with landscape construction, installation, maintenance, and project work
  • Complete daily reports of work 
  • Load and unload materials, tools and equipment as required
  • Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, etc.
  • Assist crew leader with job-related tasks
  • Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
  • Driving materials/equipment to and from job sites.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to efficiently operate equipment associated with landscape maintenance and project work

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Work is primarily conducted outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.  Terrain may be uneven, muddy, or sloped, depending on the worksite. 
  • Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (often 50+ lbs), and operating landscaping equipment.  May involve repetitive motions and use of hand and power tools. 
  • Full-time work schedule, with early morning start times. 
  • Overtime or weekend work may be required during peak seasons or to meet project deadlines.
