Position: Landscape Construction Foreman (Hardscape) - $500 Sign on Bonus! 
Location: PROCARE Landscape Management
Pay Range: $25-$30+ per hour (overtime available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and Manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders while ensuring that work is completed on time and within scope. 
  • Installation Oversight: Lead the installation of various landscape installations such as patios, lighting systems, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and commercial landscape installations. 
  • Project Profitability: Track and manage the team and progress along with the Operations Manager to ensure profitability on each installation job. 
  • Quality Control: Ensure each job meets the PROCARE standard of safety and excellence. 
  • Communication: Communicate the job scope and expectations effectively to the team. Communication efficiently and honestly with the Operations Manager on all aspects of each landscape installation.  

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Desired 2 years of experience as a Project Foreman within the Green Industry or in a leadership role within the Green industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage teams and budgets.
  • Character: We value individuals with great character, quiet confidence, and eagerness to continue learning and improving.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry materials and work in various weather conditions.
  • Certifications: Chauffer's License, clean driving record. CDL is preferred but not required.
