Labourer - Underground Construction

Location: Alberta (Central / Northern Projects)
Company: Blackline Civil
Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworkingLabourer to assist with underground utility construction, including water, sewer, and storm systems. You'll work alongside operators, pipelayers, and supervisors to support trenching and pipe installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with trenching and excavation work
  • Help install water, sewer, and storm pipes
  • Load/unload materials and tools
  • Use hand tools (shovels, tampers, saws, etc.)
  • Maintain site cleanliness and organization
  • Direct traffic or equipment when required
  • Follow instructions from Topman, Foreman, and operators

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous construction or labour experience
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
