As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research and development efforts in cell preservation and advanced manufacturing. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tasks, including routine maintenance, conducting assays, cell culture, reagent preparation, and device development. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine laboratory maintenance, including cleaning and organizing workspaces, equipment calibration, and inventory management.
Conduct various assays to analyze cell characteristics and evaluate the efficacy of preservation techniques.
Cultivate and maintain red blood cells and mammalian cell lines, ensuring proper growth conditions, media preparation, and contamination prevention.
Prepare reagents and solutions with precision, following established protocols and ensuring their availability for laboratory experiments.
Contribute to the development and testing of innovative devices and methodologies for cell preservation and advanced manufacturing processes.
Wash, organize, and distribute laboratory glassware, including hand washing large glassware and storing or distributing it as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
