About the Role:
Rainbow International Of Cincinnati is looking for a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to join our property restoration team in Cold Spring, KY. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference by helping homeowners and businesses recover from damage and get back on their feet. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and build a career in a growing industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with water, fire, and storm damage restoration projects at residential and commercial properties
  • Perform debris removal, demolition, and site cleanup as directed by crew leads
  • Set up and operate drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers
  • Support mold remediation and structural drying processes
  • Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies from company vehicles
  • Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
Requirements:
  • No prior restoration experience required — on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Comfortable working in varying conditions including wet, dusty, or confined spaces
