Lake Regional Health System is seeking a professional, detail-orientated Lab Assistant to join our Laboratory Services team who can provide excellent care to our community.
What Are We Looking For?
An individual who has a high school Diploma or equivalent plus 6 months of laboratory, phlebotomy, processing, or other applicable clinical/hospital experience or college coursework in relative science courses. Our Lab Assistant is responsible for strictly following procedure for patient identification and the provision of information pertinent to the collection of a specimen. This individual must have the ability to resolve problems as they occur and provide accurate documentation of the issue, while implementing the proper corrective action appropriately. Education requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
An annual influenza vaccination is required.
