Job description

We’re hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support Fraser, Ltd.’s Food Services Department by helping provide quality meals in a safe, organized, and team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll assist with kitchen operations, support quality control efforts, and help ensure meals are prepared and served efficiently for the individuals we support.
Full Time | Monday-Friday Schedule | No Weekends!
What You’ll Do:
Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation
  • Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities
  • Assist in maintaining quality control standards for meals and food service operations
  • Help ensure food is prepared, stored, and handled safely
Team Support & Organization
  • Work collaboratively with the Food Services team to maintain an efficient kitchen environment
  • Assist with kitchen organization, cleaning, and daily operational tasks
  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
Safety & Quality Standards
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with lifting, stocking, and moving kitchen supplies as needed
