  • 1+ years of paid carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Personal hand and power tools necessary to perform carpentry work
