Job description

Get Paid to Meet People, Bring the Energy, and Represent Great Brands

Are you the kind of person who can start a conversation with anyone? Do you bring positive energy wherever you go—and enjoy turning that energy into results?

Omni Remodeling is looking for outgoing, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Event Brand Ambassadors to represent Kitchen Saver and Neatly at home shows, community events, festivals, retail locations, and other venues throughout the MD/VA/DC area.

This isn’t a position where you simply stand behind a table. You’ll be the face and energy of our brands—welcoming attendees, creating memorable interactions, identifying interested homeowners, and scheduling in-home consultations.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive hands-on training, and have opportunities to earn bonuses based on your performance. If you enjoy meeting people, friendly competition, and working toward goals, this could be a great fit for you.

You’ll Thrive in This Position If You Are:

  • Outgoing and confident. You’re comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations.

  • Fun and engaging. You know how to grab attention, create excitement, and make people feel welcome.

  • Goal-driven. You enjoy working toward lead and appointment goals and celebrating wins with your team.

  • Positive and resilient. You can maintain your enthusiasm during slower periods, longer shifts, and busy events.

  • Professional and dependable. You arrive on time, represent the company well, and follow through on commitments.

  • Accurate and trustworthy. You collect complete, correct customer information and follow established processes.

  • Coachable. You welcome feedback, participate in training, and look for ways to improve.

Compensation

  • $16–$22 per hour

  • Bonus opportunities

  • Paid training and ongoing coaching

  • Opportunities for professional development and advancement

Compensation:

$16 - $22 hourly plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
  • Represent Kitchen Saver and Neatly at home shows, festivals, community events, retail locations, and other approved venues

  • Proactively welcome attendees and start friendly, natural conversations

  • Learn about homeowners’ kitchen remodeling and organization needs

  • Identify qualified prospects and generate high-quality leads

  • Schedule in-home consultation appointments

  • Create an energetic, inviting atmosphere around the Omni display

  • Communicate our brand’s value clearly and accurately

  • Focus on selling the consultation rather than providing pricing or project estimates

  • Work with teammates to meet or exceed event goals

  • Help set up, organize, restock, and break down event displays

  • Keep the display clean, attractive, and customer-ready

  • Document customer information accurately and submit required reports on time

  • Participate in coaching, roleplay, training, and team-development activities

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, approachable personality

  • Confidence engaging with the public in busy environments

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Motivation to achieve lead and appointment goals

  • Dependability and consistent attendance

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when assisting with event displays

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the MD/VA/DC area transporting a display kit

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible event schedules

  • Ability to obtain and maintain authorization to work at assigned event locations, retail partner locations, and other approved venues

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
