Job Summary:
Right at Home Arcadia, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers for weekend shifts to join our dynamic care team in the Phoenix, South Scottsdale Paradise Valley and Fountain Hills. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and vulnerable adults by providing companionship, personal care, and assistance in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide companion and personal care activities that assist clients with activities of daily living, including:
    • Companionship: assisting with daily activities, providing transportation, and light housekeeping
    • Physical Assistance: ambulation, transfers, and dressing assistance
    • Hygiene: bathing and other personal care services
    • Wellness: medication reminders, meal planning, and preparation
  • Develop relationships with clients and provide emotional support and companionship

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
  • Experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide (in homes or facilities) preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
  • Possess a valid driver's license and use of an insured, reliable automobile
  • Genuine desire to help others
