We are seeking a motivated and personable individual who is eager to learn, grow professionally, and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced leasing and marketing team.


Reporting directly to the Manager, Marketing & Leasing, this role offers a valuable opportunity to build a strong foundation in residential leasing while learning from experienced industry professionals.


You will own the full leasing process from initial advertising through lease signing, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and on time and that every resident has an excellent onboarding experience. Along the way, you'll be exposed to a broad range of responsibilities - from prospective resident engagement and market research to move-in/move-out coordination and reporting - giving you a well-rounded understanding of how leasing drives property performance.


You will work closely with the marketing team, property management, and prospective and current residents to support occupancy goals, deliver a best-in-class leasing experience, and contribute to initiatives that enhance revenue and portfolio value. This role requires flexible working hours, including some weekend work based on business needs, and offers a dynamic, people-facing environment for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate.


Key Responsibilities

Professionally and courteously handle all telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from prospective residents in a timely manner.

Conduct landlord and employment reference checks, along with credit checks, and obtain all documentation required to complete the Tenancy Agreement.

Coordinate unit viewings with prospective residents, providing information on available units, pricing, and amenities.

Complete and maintain daily/weekly traffic reports; conduct regular market surveys to maintain a comprehensive understanding of competing properties, current market conditions, and rental incentives.

Inspect vacant suites daily/weekly and liaise with Property Management to ensure units consistently maintain "100% Rent Ready" status.

Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and ensuring all required documentation is completed.

Respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents regarding leasing policies and rent payments.

Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including vacancies, move-ins, and move-outs.

Support the Property Management team by generating reports, analyzing market trends, and attending team meetings.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and procedures.

Perform other duties and procedures as required, including providing support at other London-area properties as needed.

Additional Details:

Competitive Salary Range: $45,000-75,000
