As a dishwasher, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen and dining area, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you’re washing dishes, clearing tables, or lending a hand to your teammates, you’ll be contributing to the overall impact we have on each guest’s day. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness ensures we’re always ready to serve with excellence. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing Excellence: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring everything meets CoffeeCo’s high standards.
Table Transformation: Clear and reset tables efficiently, making sure our dining area is always welcoming and pristine for new guests.
Team Support: Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed, from restocking supplies to organizing storage – your contributions make a big impact!
Uphold Cleanliness & Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, keeping our space spotless and safe for both our team and guests.
Teamwork at Its Best: Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests receive top-notch service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dishwasher, busser, or similar role is a plus, but we’re excited to train those who are motivated to learn and grow with us!
