Immigration Law Firm is seeking a motivated and passionate immigration attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration COURT.
  • Ability to advocate and represent our client in immigration courts.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of clients in immigration matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation in various immigration cases, including asylum, removal defense, family-based immigration, and more.
  • Prepare and file legal documents related to immigration petitions and applications.
  • Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
  • Represent clients in immigration court and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
  • Stay current on changes in immigration laws and policies.
