Champion & Nash HVAC is an established company with over four decades of experience providing top tier residential and light commercial service to the Houston community and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Champion & Nash is looking for an HVAC Commercial Service Technician to perform light commercial work for HVAC system maintenance and repairs. This person must meet safety, quality, and customer standards on all jobs. This is a full-time role that will report to the General Manager and be based out of our growing Houston office.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipment
  • Work on rooftops with less than 20 tons, splits, WSHP units
  • Establish customer rapport to offer solutions and provide the correct service
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck
  • Participate in training, meetings, and company events
  • Local work for our contract customers

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have

  • 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
  • Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Must consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
  • To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
  • The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required
  • The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work
