Weekend Hospice RN – Signature Eugene Hospice
📍 Eugene Area | Saturday & Sunday Shifts
💲 $48–$52/hr + Mileage Reimbursement

Join our compassionate hospice team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled hospice care in patients' homes while supporting families through end-of-life care.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and patient/family education
  • Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team
  • Document patient care accurately and timely
  • Serve as a case manager for assigned patients

Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon RN license
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; hospice, home health, or public health experience preferred
  • Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
  • Hospice experience strongly preferred
  • HCHB and PointCare experience a plus
