Weekend Hospice Nurse (RN)
Location: Portland Metro

Responsibilities:
  • Triage calls for AgeRight Hospice after hours and on weekends and perform patient visits as needed
  • Provide education to patients and families about end of life care
  • Perform end of life care and support to families
  • Perform weekend admissions as needed
  • Schedule: Thursday 3pm - Friday 8am, Friday 3pm - Monday 8am
