The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
โ€ข Provide basic to intermediate technical support to clients
โ€ข Troubleshoot application issues and diagnose desktop and laptop software problems
โ€ข Install, configure, and maintain software, print drivers, utilities, and related applications
โ€ข Troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues including software, hardware, and networking
โ€ข Monitor systems to identify potential problems and take corrective action
โ€ข Ensure all issues are properly documented and escalated according to support processes
โ€ข Deliver consistent, customer-focused technical support while meeting service level expectations
Qualifications:
Required:
