Do you possess the following skills?

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: compassion and understanding, coaching and encouraging clients, client advocacy--identifying needs and applying relevant resources, relational development, and healthy caregiving boundaries. Personal Management Skills: critical thinking and problem solving, time management, care coordination, meal planning, shopping, and cooking, light housekeeping, experience organizing, arranging appointments, record keeping, and documentation, transporting clients, and physical stamina.

Qualifications:

  • All Caregivers are thoroughly screened and must meet our employment guidelines. We perform a criminal background investigation, reference checks, and DMV record check.
  • PCAs, Nurse Aide Course Completion Certificate, CNA license

All Caregivers must complete our orientation and training before directly serving clients. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle with the current registration and insurance are required.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
  • Assist with personal care
  • Companionship
  • Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
