About the Role

Our Customer Service team is looking for outstanding Member Services team members who enjoy engaging with empathy, can compassionately connect with customers, and demonstrate diligent detail orientation when assisting our customers with their questions and orders.

What will you be doing?

  • Taking inbound customer service calls and provide specific health plan/partner details relating to the individuals benefits, programs, and products available and facilitate scheduling appointments with providers.

  • Helping members with finance assistance through our financing partners.

  • Working with Providers (Audiologists) processing clinic referrals.

  • Assisting customers with hearing aid supply orders.

  • Taking and make Inbound/Outbound calls regarding appointments and/or customer inquiries.

  • Attending weekly one on one coaching sessions to align with company initiatives, training opportunities and performance objectives.

  • Completing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual trainings on compliance, department procedures and continued Insurance/Partner knowledge.

  • Following up on interdepartmental issues, emails, and voicemails.
