The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. We currently have staffing needs across several time blocks, including evening shifts. We also have weekend shifts available, and flexibility is required for rotating coverage. All team members must be able to work at least two weekend shifts each month. The range for this position is $15-$16 per hour. DUTIES of a Wellness CoachWellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness CoachWellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you!
