Welcome to Trump National Golf Club, Washington, DC, home of the 2026 LIV Golf Tournament Series. Featuring two magnificent golf courses, the River-view Course and Championship Course, Trump National graces 800 rolling acres alongside the scenic Potomac River.
Further complementing our championship golf courses is our spectacular clubhouse, state-of-the-art tennis facilities, expansive swimming pool and world-class dining, creating an environment that is both luxurious and inviting for our members and their guests. We invite you to discover the five-star service and unforgettable memories that await at our distinguished club.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Golf Operations Cart Attendant to join our team. The Golf Operations Cart Attendant is a key part of the on-course experience — ensuring members and guests have everything they need from bag drop to the first tee and beyond. This is a highly visible, service-oriented role that requires energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for the game and the people who play it. If you enjoy being outside, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and want to work at one of the region's top private clubs, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests at bag drop, assist with unloading golf bags, and stage equipment for their round.

  • Clean and prepare golf cars, ensuring they are fueled or charged, equipped, and ready for each group.

  • Assist with the staging and loading of golf bags onto carts and facilitate efficient flow on the first tee.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bag room, golf car fleet, and practice facilities.

  • Retrieve, clean, and properly store golf bags and equipment after rounds.

  • Provide members and guests with information about course conditions, pace of play, and club amenities.

  • Assist with range operations including ball retrieval, range setup, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements
  • Prior golf course or hospitality experience preferred but not required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

  • Genuine interest in golf and a working knowledge of the game.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, service-oriented personality.

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be on your feet for extended periods.

  • Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags up to 50 lbs.

  • Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Valid driver's license preferred.

Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage plus gratuity.

  • Employee golf and club privileges.

  • On-the-job training in a premier golf club environment.

  • Opportunities to grow within golf operations or other club departments.

  • A fun, outdoor work environment with a team that loves the game.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
