Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintains raven standards
  • Thoroughly washing golf cars after each use keeping practice facility clean from practice balls dispensing clean practice balls
  • Parking carts accordingly
  • Ensures guest service
  • Welcoming guests and informing of who they will come into contact with next cleaning clubs before and after round, then storing or loading clubs in car
  • Be proactive in meeting and exceeding guest's expectations, responding decisively to resolve challenges. Accepting responsibility for personal decisions and actions
  • Being available to work his/her required shifts as needed by the golf reservation requirements with exceptions granted only by supervisory personnel as deemed possible
  • Ensures team play
  • Participating in the spontaneous recognition of fellow team members
  • Carrying out all of his/her responsibilities in accordance with the Alterra golf policies and procedures
  • Strive to be the best
  • Maintaining effective communication between all staff members in regards to course operations and human resource issues
  • Communicating the core values and mission of lntrawest, which is vital to the achievement of company goals
  • Suggesting possible improvements to existing procedures through the proper channels afforded by Alterra golf
  • Effectively communicating all pertinent information among his/her team members and supervisory staff in regards to daily operations
  • Maintains cleanliness of facility
  • Picking up and dumping trash restocking and cleaning restrooms vacuuming clubhouse
  • Contributes to team effort
  • Accomplishing related results as needed
  • Keeping work area neat, clean, and free from trash at all times, picking up branches and trash at the driving range as well as the golf course, including trash receptacles, filling divots with sand seed mix and dragging fairways throughout the course

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:
  • 2 year experience in similar customer service environment
