Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position · Operate Front End Loader and any other equipment used in handling of clay material · Perform general utility work · Perform maintenance on equipment Skills and Experience Required for Success · Previous experience in a non-climate controlled production environment · Ability to stand and walking up to 2 miles · Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling · Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) – required and provided Competencies Required for Success · Integrity · Teamwork · Self-Motivated Education · High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
