Crete Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Part-Time Front End Loader Operator to support daily operations at our ready-mix concrete plant. This position plays a critical role in maintaining material inventory, loading aggregate bins, keeping the yard organized, and ensuring plant operations run efficiently.

What you'll do:

  • Safely operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials.
  • Maintain proper stockpile organization and material flow to the concrete plant.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
  • Keep the plant yard, material areas, and washout areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and material management.
  • Serve as a spotter for trucks and equipment when needed.
  • Prepare and move concrete block forms using equipment and safe work practices.
  • Fuel, grease, clean, and maintain the loader to ensure safe operation.
  • Assist with general plant housekeeping and other duties as assigned.


What we are looking for:

  • Previous front-end loader or heavy equipment experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment inspections.
    Strong attendance record and commitment to safety.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb in and out of equipment multiple times throughout the day.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work around dust, gravel, sand, concrete materials, and equipment noise.
