Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to support and lead our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, excellent guest service skills, and a desire to help guide and grow the department. Marriott experience is a strong plus.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily leadership, coaching, and support to front desk associates.

  • Ensure smooth, efficient front desk operations across all shifts.

  • Lead monthly front desk team meetings.

  • Review and approve scheduling, shift coverage, and team time-off requests.

  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure brand and company standards are met.

  • Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and care.

  • Utilize system platforms accurately; Marriott experience preferred.

  • Support the GM/AGM with operational tasks as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Previous front desk or hotel supervisory experience required.
