Job description

We’re looking for a motivated sales reps who want to get their insurance sales licenses (property and casualty) to help customers with their insurance needs and grow our book of business. This is a base pay + commission role and involves selling and servicing personal insurance policies, handling inquiries, and providing coverage recommendations. Responsibilities: Sell and service P&C/Personal Lines insurance products Work leads, generate new business, and support existing clients Process policy changes, renewals, and general service requests Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards Requirements: Inbound sales experience (not necessarily insurance) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work 1PM - 9:30PM EST (occasional weekend work required) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
