• Accurately diagnose and treat a range of dermatologic conditions, employing appropriate medical and cosmetic treatments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Administer various aesthetic procedures to meet the cosmetic needs of our patients, contributing to the practice’s reputation as a leader in dermatologic care.
• Collaborate effectively with Medical Assistants to streamline patient appointments and enhance the overall patient experience.
• Utilize scribing services to maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, ensuring efficient documentations of patient encounters.
• Engage actively with in-house teams for billing, marketing, and IT support to optimize operational workflows and improve patient engagement.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in dermatological practices and cosmetic treatments, allowing the provision of cutting-edge care.

The Physician Assistant will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking treatment for medical dermatology conditions, those interested in cosmetic procedures, and patients requiring surgical interventions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to understanding patient needs and fostering strong relationships to enhance care delivery.

• A Bachelor’s degree and a valid, unrestricted Physician Assistant license are required.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a dermatology setting is essential, reflecting the ability to handle a variety of dermatologic cases.
• Proven clinical and diagnostic skills to effectively manage and treat dermatologic conditions are critical.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the capability to connect with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficiency in working independently as well as functioning as part of a team is crucial to our practice’s success.

• Previous experience administering aesthetic treatments is advantageous and demonstrates a comprehensive skill set.
• A commitment to continued learning and professional growth in the dermatology field.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
