Job description

Westminster Dermatology, an established community dermatology practice affiliated with Integrated Dermatology, is seeking a General Dermatologist to join its busy Westminster, Maryland practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dermatologist who enjoys general medical dermatology, building meaningful patient relationships, and working collaboratively with an experienced clinical team. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to develop a strong, established patient panel while working alongside four experienced Physician Assistants who are an integral part of the practice.

We are particularly interested in a physician who enjoys mentoring and developing APPs and is comfortable serving as a supervising physician and clinical resource for the team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist who is:

  • Comfortable providing clinical supervision and guidance to experienced PAs

A Strong Existing Clinical Foundation

Westminster Dermatology has a strong focus on medical dermatology, with care encompassing skin cancer, moles, skin growths, rashes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, and other common dermatologic conditions. The practice describes its approach as compassionate, personalized, and focused on expert dermatologic care.

The practice's existing provider team includes one Dermatologist and four PAs, creating an established clinical infrastructure for the incoming physician to step into a meaningful leadership and mentorship role.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology.

  • Eligible for medical licensure in the Maryland.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Interest or experience in esthetic dermatology is a plus, but not required.
