As a Flight Operations Associate, you'll dive into a dynamic blend of customer service & operations, becoming the heartbeat of our Flight Operations team. Under the guidance of the department's director, you'll ensure each journey is not just a flight, but a seamless, luxurious experience for our clients to remember well after arrival.


Qualifications, Education, & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • At least two years experience in the private aviation industry
  • At least two years experience in customer service-related roles
  • Basic knowledge of the Mac iOS operating system
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, & multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively individually as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

Below is a list of the core responsibilities of an OA at Stratos Jets that will continue to evolve as we grow & innovate. Regardless, the OA ensures the safety & quality of our clients' experience to guarantee we always provide a white glove service. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of operator accounts & their fleets
  • Handling insurance verifications, requests, & follow-ups with operators
  • Facilitating the signing of trip contracts & securing bookings with operators
  • Collaborating with clients & operators to update & synchronize itineraries
  • Collection & processing passenger manifests
  • Coordinating catering, ground transport, & any other special requests
  • Conducting safety audits & ensuring assigned crews exceed our internal requirements
  • Conducting final flight plan reviews in coordination with operators, caterers, chauffeurs, etc.
  • Managing all communications related to booked flights among Stratos, its agencies, clients, operators, & any third-party service providers
  • Flight following from 48 hours prior to departure through arrival


Employment Details

Status: Full-time

Type: Hybrid (subject to change)

Schedule: Five days a week at eight hours per shift (subject to change)

Experience: 2+ years in private Aviation

Location:

  • Weekday mornings/afternoons at Stratos Jets' Orlando office (subject to change)
  • Weekday evenings/nights as well as any weekend shifts remote (subject to change)
