Job description

We are currently recruiting to fill 2 ENGB-CAPTAIN positions to join our seasonal wildland engine operations for the 2021 fire season.
We respond to emergency wildland fires and insurance support operations throughout the Western US with our fleet of wildland engines.
All employees are hired on a seasonal, call when needed basis. Our engine crews that are available all season long typically average very steady work usually beginning in June.
The job is subject to having a clean driving record, background check, references and drug testing.
Preferred candidates will be currently qualified with all the required training and have the required certificates, task books or master record to verify position qualification. Refresher training and pack test available to otherwise qualified candidates.
You must be able to go out on dispatches for an extended period of time, 14 to 21 days in a row.
You must have reliable transportation and be able to respond to dispatch calls within 1 hour.
