  • Monitor ticketing, settlement, and revenue reporting across concerts, sports, VIP experiences, venue rentals, private events, and company-produced events.
  • Reconcile invoices against quotes, contracts, deposits, vendor costs, and settlement terms.
  • Oversee invoice creation, collections, payment tracking, and financial reconciliation processes for venues, clients, vendors, and event partners.
  • Maintain financial reporting and settlement documentation for internal leadership, talent buyers, City of Irvine reporting, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Review, strengthen, and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.

  • Create and maintain SOPs for finance and accounting workflows and reporting procedures.
  • Lead finance process improvements, reporting standardization, and system optimization initiatives across Sage, Momentus, Ramp, Google Drive, OneDrive, and related platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, financial visibility, and cross-department collaboration.

  • Partner with HR, Operations, Ticketing, Marketing, Food & Beverage, Production, and executive leadership to collect, organize, and analyze financial data.
  • Review payroll allocations, labor reporting, timesheets, and event labor documentation in partnership with HR and Operations teams.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members through training, accountability, performance feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support additional finance and operational initiatives as needed based on company priorities and business demands.
