About the Role:

The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy and operations of JetCat Defense in the United States. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Finance Director will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support sustainable business growth and operational efficiency. They will collaborate closely with executive leadership to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making. Ultimately, the role aims to safeguard the company’s financial health while enabling long-term value creation for stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or director capacity.
  • Strong expertise in managerial finance, financial accounting, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and audit processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial statement preparation.

Preferred Qualifications:
